Looking for a fun, creative after-school activity for your young person? Our Art Club - Autumn 2026 is the perfect place for those aged 11 – 14 to get creative, try something new and build confidence along the way.

Led by local printmaker Charlotte Adcock Designs, the sessions are all about experimenting, having fun and developing creative confidence in a relaxed, supportive environment.

Welcome to The Base, Pots of Hope, Susie!

We’re thrilled to welcome Susie to the Resident Artist studios at The Base.

Susie celebrated the opening of her new studio with a sunflower ribbon cutting ceremony using a giant pair of scissors cut by international ceramic artist Jin Eui Kim, it was a wonderful day full of creativity, community and celebration🌻
