Party-goers were treated to an evening of song and dance with vintage entertainer extraordinaire Johnny Victory, who even taught the crowd how to Charleston! Over the last 100 years, Wollaton Hall has opened its deer park and extensive collection of Natural History to the public, providing a place to make wonderful memories for local residents and visitors from all over the world!

To celebrate , we're sharing 5 of our favourite facts about Wollaton Hall & Deer Park! 🌳🦌🎉

1) Wollaton Hall is home to the largest Natural History collection in the county (and one of the largest in the whole country!)
2) Our 90 Red and 120 Fallow Deer have called the Park home since 1492
3) Wollaton Hall was built during the reign of Queen Elizabeth I for coalowner Francis Willoughby and his family
4) There are 6000 trees in Wollaton Park, of up to 120 different species!
5) Our Camellia House is one of the oldest cast iron glasshouses in the country, built in 1823
