Not everything in our museum is from WW2… 👀

Over the years, a few items from much further back in history have caught our attention — but this one takes things to another level!

A huge thank you to Jurassic Jim for this fantastic Mosasaur fossil 🦖

At around 66–82 million years old, it has now officially become the oldest item in the Grant WW2 Museum collection… by quite some margin! 😂

A slightly different piece of history for us, but one we couldn’t resist. We even have a few Mosasaur teeth for sale in the gist shop.

Would you like to see more unusual non-WW2 items from the collection?
