From jazz and pop to choral favourites and musical theatre, Beati's talented singers will take you on a musical journey through a diverse range of genres and styles. Sit back, relax, and enjoy the performance in the beautiful Summer House garden under the marquee in the museum grounds.

🎷✨ Jazz in the Garden with Sarah Jones Trio ✨🎷

Join us for a wonderful summer evening of live jazz in the beautiful Summer House garden marquee at the museum.

We're delighted to welcome back the exceptional Sarah Jones, whose elegant vocal style is inspired by the timeless sounds of Ella Fitzgerald. Expect beautifully performed jazz standards, mellow bossa nova, and soulful ballads delivered with warmth, sophistication, and charm.

Joining Sarah are well-known local musicians Dick Clarke on guitar and Ant King on bass. With over 50 years of combined experience, they'll be treating audiences to favourite classics from the Great American Songbook in an intimate outdoor setting.

The walk continues through the peaceful surroundings of St Peter & St Paul Church, where you'll learn about the legacy of John Newton and uncover intriguing stories hidden in Olney’s secret corners.

👟 The route is fully paved, but comfortable shoes are recommended.

EXCITING NEW EXHIBITION CONTINUES AT THE THREE HARES GALLERY

‘The Going’
AN EXHIBITION OF RECENT WORK BY PHIL CHAMBERLAIN – 10th JUNE to 30th JULY
The exhibition brings together the artists exploration of collage, drawing and painting, drawing on themes of time, object and absence. The works originate from chance encounters and the intuitive bringing together of found images, text and markmaking.
Pottery and figurative forms are repeated in elliptical metaphors

About The Artist
I graduated with a degree in Fine Art painting from Canterbury College of Art.
I taught art for 30 years, at Stantonbury Campus and then Havering Sixth Form College.
Now retired from teaching, I exhibit regularly, my practice is shared with my volunteer tour guiding at MK Gallery, and A level Art examining
I am delighted that my exhibition comes to this historic building, as time and memory are such a part of my practice.
