Our Tenby Lugger, Heritage, was launched on Thursday after her winter maintenance. Probably not the best day to do this with a strong wind and tide. However after a few fun moments, she ended safely in the dock. Well done team.

Another Friday, another TV company filming at West Wales Maritime Museum. We were very happy to host S4C , the welsh language channel, as they filmed the start of a children's show where 2 teams of youngsters have to travel 100 miles across Wales with only £100 to fund their trip. Very interesting morning watching how the show was put together and filmed. We'll let you know when the programme is going to be broadcast as soon as we know.

We were delighted to host the team from Vanished Wales on Friday. They were filming for the next series to be shown on ITV early in 2027. They wanted to know all about the Cleddau Queen And Cleddau King ferries as they had been built in Hancock's Yard. Several of our volunteers contributed to the show with their experiences of travelling on the ferries.
It was a great day and we look forward to the show next year.

Our Flagship, Heritage, has been undercover for the winter while we completed essential maintenance on her. This has now been completed, a little later than forecast, so she has been moved out onto the slipway today, ready for her mast to go back in. She'll soon be back in the water 😊. Watch out for her on the Haven.
