We founded our online gallery in 2005 and this was a natural progression from our previous high street gallery in Falmouth that we ran from 1989. We represent three of Cornwall's most acclaimed and best loved artists and our online gallery is recognised as the leading online gallery in Corn

wall. We sell original paintings, signed prints and wonderful art posters alongside a wide range of homeware and art gifts too. We often take on serious community art projects and have worked in partnership with the Eden Project, Survival International, Kids in Museums, Totally Thames, The National Trust, Earth Day, Born Free, Survival International, BBC and the National Maritime Museum.

Could this be Cornwall’s perfect painting spot?

We think maybe it is! It is certainly high on the list of our favourite Cornish beaches! And we were definitely spoilt by the stunning weather!

This was a sneaky little camping trip to Rock where we walked some of the coast to Polzeath and discovered what a stunning place Daymer Bay is - a beautiful place to paint and swim.

You didn’t hear this from me, but Daymer Bay is the place to be when the sun shines!

Swimming, paddle boarding, bbqs and all things a Cornish holiday has to offer!

Situated just around the corner from the well known village of Rock, here is paradise itself! And yesterday Cornish artist John Dyer sat on the headland and captured all this beauty in his stunning landscape painting. There is nothing like creating a work of art out in the sunshine ☀️

"Thank you for the really wonderful print: Thank you for the really wonderful print,it arrived safely and it was packed so well. This is a 50th birthday gift for my daughter who did this walk last year with her Dad. I know that she really enjoyed this day so I thought that it would be a lovely reminder for her. Once again thank you so much. At the moment it is in being framed ready for her birthday on 30th June."

"Lovely Helford Poster: My husband and I have travelled to Cornwall from the United States a number of times through the years. Our favorite spot is Helford where we were fortunate enough to stay in a rental cottage. Joanne Short's poster brings back our memories of that lovely place. The colors are beautiful."

"Vibrant, irreverent, fun: Such a vibrant, fun painting. Very different from most of the items in my collection but felt a need of something a bit irreverent & cheery 😊.
Painting extremely well packaged - perhaps a little too much so, as I struggled to separate the packing for recycling.

Our least favourite phrases! And what you should be saying instead!

It is always sad for an artist to hear that someone really loves your work, but has no room in their home to hang it, or hear that an inherited piece is going to be sold straight away.

There is always a little space to sneak in another if you love it enough, and it is definitely worth living with an inherited piece - someone loved it once and you may too… and want another one to add to it!

An original artwork is something very special and if you see something you love, try not to make an excuse not to buy it… the best test is to imagine walking away and the next person who goes past buys it - that way you can test how you really feel!

Remember that art will make a house a home! Especially when it’s an original Cornish painting.
