Canvas Gallery is delighted to be representing the uplifting art of local contemporary artist, Rosie Cunningham.

For more than 30 years, Rosie has developed a distinctive visual language defined by bold outlines, stylised characters and her signature quirky girls. Her work is held in private collections both locally and around the world, reflecting a practice that balances playfulness with a confident, contemporary edge.

At Canvas, visitors can explore a curated selection of original portraits — each piece a vibrant study in personality, colour and character. All artworks on display are available for purchase, including the pieces featured in the gallery window.

Beginning on June 6th, Rosie will also be painting live in the gallery one Saturday each month, offering collectors a rare opportunity to watch new work take shape in real time.

Canvas Gallery is not just a place to view art — it’s a space to experience it being made

Painted by local artist and titled "C'Mon You Greens" this is the original oil painting. We have signed prints for sale at £100 and the original will be for sale at some point. Send us a DM if you interested and of course pop into the gallery.
