Scaplen's Court Scaplen's Court is licensed for the performance of civil marriages and partnerships. You could even venture out onto Poole Quay, or arrive by boat.

Not only is it atmospheric, it offers a flexible space for you to have your ceremony, drinks and/or reception. There are endless possibilities for stunning photographs against its ancient walls, or with our lovely flowerbeds as a backdrop. We offer you exclusive use of the whole building and private garden for the duration of your time with us. We are happy to welcome you for ceremonies or recepti

ons during the week or at weekends. We can accommodate up to 60 guests and you are free to chose your caterers, be it a cold buffet or a barbeque in the garden. Poole Museum is available for an unusual evening reception, should you wish to invite more guests after your ceremony. Our staff would be delighted to provide you with more information, chat over what you would like, and show you around Scaplen's Court
