One of our larger sculptures displayed this week at the ' Beyond the sea exhibition' - this beautiful sea otter is believed to have connections with Paigton zoo - carved from a solid trunk of yew - dating from the 1930s standing nearly 1 meter high and beautifully restored by Rob Pywell at St Issey (RP restorations) - thank you for looking

Another of today's exhibition sculptures for you - this gorgeous and very tactile falcon is carved cherry wood by South Devon artist Brian Heard, 44 inches tall and available to view all week at the Lifeboat Gallery Porthleven together with approximately 20 sculptures from the studio as well as stunning paintings by David Stamp and Leslie Turner - private viewing tomorrow afternoon from 3-7pm
