I have always loved drawing and painting and have scribbled and doodled from an early age (to the point where Mrs Beswick, my primary school teacher made several red pen comments in my school books, despairing of my penchant to draw rather than write). As I am a copy artist, rather than a true artist I began to create canvases of popular characters for my family and children's friends for birthday
s and Christmas as a way of giving truly thoughtful and personalised gifts. This year a lovely lady (now a good friend) commissioned me to create a ballerina in pink on canvas for her granddaughter (see album Ballerina in Pink) and from this point the seed to start Arty Moo was sown. I am a tiny bit of a perfectionist but this is no bad thing as I will never hand over artwork that I am unhappy with. So have a look at my artwork in my photos and just enjoy.
