The Cygnet The Cygnet Gallery. A veritable cornucopia of handmade delights.
The creative 💖 of Shaftesbury 😍

Now home to around thirty fabulous artists and makers the Cygnet Gallery opened its doors on 29 August 2009. Whether you're out to buy a greetings card or a piece of original art you'll always be welcome. Our range pretty much covers the lot: paintings and prints, jewellery, fused glass, woodwork, leatherwork, textile art, photography, pottery, sculptures, metalwork. A veritable cornucopia.

Cygnet artist Bill Leivers has many talents. We're sure everyone will appreciate his musical one! 🎸

If you fancy a big evening of live music while supporting Marie Curie, head to Motcombe Village Hall on Saturday the 28th of November. Marcus Tettmar is running the London Marathon, and the evening will raise money towards his wider fundraising effort. You’ll hear Marcus’s band, Jamarca, along with Shaftesbury bluesman Pete Robson, and there’ll be DJ sets from Daniel Owen. Doors open at 6pm, and you can enjoy a bar, burgers and a raffle too. You’ll find more information on the Motcombe Village Hall page
