The Millennium Gallery is one of the Sheffield’s flagship cultural venues. Each year it hosts a wide-ranging temporary exhibition programme bringing the best in art and design to the city and showcasing the region’s own creative talents. The gallery is also home to displays celebrating the city’s Metalwork Collection, awarded Designated Status for its national and historical significance, and the Guild of St George’s remarkable collection of art and artifacts given to the people of Sheffield by the Victorian artist, critic and scholar, John Ruskin.
