Just another reminder that the Mindful Monday Group are taking a break for the Easter holidays but will be back at Heather House on 20th April.

As you saw from our previous pictures, the Mindful Monday Group have had a very busy and fun time during March! Here are some more pictures of things the group have been doing at HeatherHouse CC

Do come along and join us, we are altering our start time to 10am, but of course we welcome visitors at any time during the morning.

The Mindful Monday Group are taking a break for the Easter holidays but will be back at Heather House on 20th April.

We have had a very busy and fun time during March and here are a few of the things that members of the Group have been doing. Including a visit from Frankie the really wonderful Therapy Dog.
