Lys Stevens Artist artist in oils, acrylics and digital media So here I am! Painting in acrylics - seascapes and landscapes and sometimes still life - and loving every minute!

I qualified many moons ago at Duncan of Jordanstone College of Art then taught art until a few years ago when I decided I couldn't wait until retirement to have time to paint. I'm now working in digital media also, exciting!

Day 28, last day of the February challenge. Out all day and rushed this tonight. This is Penny for your thoughts rag doll, she will always listen when you need to talk. All she asks is a penny to keep your secrets. When the jar is full she will invite you to spend it on a treat for yourself. She was conceived when my girls were small but never made 🙁
I will take time over the next few days to enjoy all your beautiful artwork again, it deserves to be properly appreciated! It’s been another great February, huge thanks to all the admins who make it possible. And of course to all you wonderful artists! 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻😍🥰 I’ll miss you all x
