This is one of my favourite photos that captured at 🩵

This happy little tourist photobombed half the photos Hayley took that day 😂 and somehow made every one of them better.

Later this month, this piece will be exhibited at our FONO exhibition in Southport alongside a group of incredibly talented artists who I’m lucky enough to call friends.

Their support, encouragement and belief in me over the past year and beyond has meant more than they’ll ever know. Eternally grateful ❤️

The older I get, the more I realise that most things come and go. Success, money, opinions, even people.

But love and peace seem to be the things we’re all searching for underneath it all.

A simple reminder hidden amongst the trees.

Give Peace A Chance 🩵

This is my entry for FONO 2026 exhibition on 27th June. My daughter Emmy said she thinks this is her favourite ever painting I’ve done 🙏🏻 she may be right.

Yesterday outside Strawberry Field, I met a coach load of tourists who absolutely loved my new painting.

What started with people stopping for a look turned into group photos, individual photos with me and the artwork and loads of smiles.

Moments like this remind me why I do art in the first place. Complete strangers connecting with something I’ve created and sharing that moment together… it’s a special feeling that never gets old.

This morning we had an incredible photoshoot at , a place filled with so much history, emotion, and connection to John Lennon and The Beatles.

A huge thank you to all the staff for being so welcoming and supportive, especially ❤️

Our photographer captured some amazing moments with the new original painting in front of some truly iconic surroundings, and the atmosphere all morning was something really special.

One of the best moments happened right at the end of the shoot. As we were taking our final photographs outside the famous Strawberry Field gates, a coach full of tourists stopped and gathered around us. We ended up taking a big group photograph together, before lots of people individually asked for photographs with me and the painting.

Moments like that remind me how powerful art, music, and human connection can be.

The original painting will officially be revealed at FONO 2026 at our gallery in Southport on 27th June.

Last year, I was commissioned by to paint the cover artwork for her single White Feather.

My family and I had the pleasure of welcoming Natasha into our gallery while I added my signature golden lines to the piece. Hearing her play a demo of the song and then sing it live in the studio while I painted was a moment I’ll never forget 🎵

Art has given me some incredible memories over the years, and this was definitely one of them.

I was also invited to appear in the music video, which was a first for me. Such a fantastic day filming and meeting some genuinely lovely people.

15 years clean and sober birthday 💙💛

I heard a quote in the series which to me was the best description of my recovery “The highs are high, but the lows…are low”

Those closest to me will know exactly what that means and how it feels to be around me at those times. I’d like to apologise to you for the lows…because f**k me I’ve taken you all on some dark arse Journeys. I’m forever grateful that you’re still there when the light shines again…which it ALWAYS does!!!

The highs are incredible, I’ve been able to achieve things in life clean and sober which there wasn’t a chance in hell I could have done whilst drinking and using. I’m grateful to the many many people I’ve been able to share those highs with, and i’m looking forward to sharing many more in the future.

Sobriety is incredible. Is every day easy? no, f**k no!

Do we have to put in the work to stay clean and sober? Yes, f**k yes!

Is every day a battle with your “demons”? No, not at all. If you put in the work thats suggested, the obsession to drink and use is completely removed.

Being clean and sober doesn’t remove life’s obstacles, s**t happens, not every day is a great day. But being blessed to deal with those days with a clean and sober mind is priceless.
