Where was I last week?

Some of you correctly guessed that our photo from 1956 was of the Wheatsheaf and Pigeon (On the corner of Penton Road and Wheatsheaf Lane)

The Pub was built in 1850 to serve the Eel Fishermen who lived in the cottages next door (The Cottages still exist but are residential now)
