WE ARE IN A LOWRY, living and breathing this town is a joy!! Yesterday marked 50 years of L.S Lowry's passing. RIP Sir, you continue to be an inspiration. Crowther Street, Stockport, up the hill!

This Friday, 4–9pm: Wine Down – HAVE YOU LOST YOUR MARBLES
Paper, pens, chalk, and pencils will be provided, along with a few props for you to draw. Ambient music will play, taking you out of the race for just a few hours.

I listened to a podcast a few weeks ago; the person described jars of marbles within trust, and it really resonated.

Over the coming months, UnderBanks Gallery will come alive. Whoever passes the threshold will be greeted with warmth and respect — a safe space for all, with core values and principles underpinning the Haus.

The gallery holds a formula, and it has taken years.

4 years ago today UnderBanks Gallery launched the First exhibition on Little Underbank - Making Space. The PV was incredible, bringing a spark of much needed energy and a bond to a newly formed creative community on the road.
Finally, (4 years on) the gallery now has a fixed home, showcasing exciting talent, innovation can’t be learnt, nor can talent. This journey has been eye opening, and we’ve only just started!!
