On days when I can't get started, I sometimes just let go and randomly paint with no end game in mind at all. I just let my brushes and tools express how I feel. I don't usually share these, but when I'd finished scrubbing my emotions onto a board this morning, this was the result. A world that's burning and a bird, maybe a dove or a phoenix, or perhaps an angel suddenly rising up in the sky. I didn't paint it, it must have been a random flick of white paint. So poignant I thought I would share it, and the hope that flick of white represents. Posted with love ❤️.
