The Teign Heritage Centre - Home to Teignmouth and Shaldon Museum The Sea Gallery now has Church Rocks Wreck Touchscreen and the First World War VR Experience.

The Teign Heritage Centre consists of two wonderful permanent galleries which have been carefully designed to appeal to both adults and children. The Centre also houses a roof terrace, a large meeting and events space, the Teign Room, a small shop, a dedicated research area and an archive room.

Experience the eerie charm of Teignmouth on our guided ghost walk, featuring a plethora of paranormal tales. Meet at Teignmouth Museum on Friday, 30th October at 11:00. Tickets are £3.00, or £6.00 including museum admission. Advance booking is highly recommended.

Join us for some ghostly goings on here at Teignmouth Museum during half term. Come and find our naughty ghosts hidden around the museum all week and, on Thursday 29th October we have a free spooky activities session, starting at 2pm.

To celebrate this year's Heritage Week Teignmouth Museum will be opening its doors for free on Saturday 19th September 10:30 to 16:00 and Sunday 20th September 11:00 to 15:00. There will be tea and coffee available.

To celebrate their centenary, items from Teignmouth Rotary's collection are on display for just 2 weeks at the Teign Heritage Centre. Come and see the ceremonial throne as pictured and other fascinating artifacts.
