Built not long after the Black Death had come to Tintagel, this traditional Cornish longhouse has been continually redeveloped over the centuries. Its purpose has also changed throughout its history; originally serving as a family farm, the building went on to operate as a drapers, grocers, shoe-makers and a le

tter receiving station during the Victorian period, from whence it gets its name. Come and see items on display including Victorian postal equipment, a selection of samplers and furniture dating back to the 16th century.
