Local Art and Bespoke Framing
There has been a Framing business on these premises for over 25 years. Originally called ‘The Lowman Gallery’, due to it’s proximity to the River Lowman, the business was renamed to ‘No.39 The Art House’ by Kirsten Elswood, the proprietor during 2016/17. Now owned and run by John Palmer, you will find works from local artists and potters in the gallery, as well as a bespoke framing service catering for a wide range of items from paintings and textiles to medals and T-shirts. We strive to provide the best service in the West Country!
