Zoe is doing an amazing job exposing Wigan council who went ahead and built giant warehouses despite the public submitting planning objections. These warehouses continue to be create noise pollution and are an eyesore.
The corruption is unreal !
Kudos to Zoe and the residents for their continued dedication to expose them.
