The Tower House is for sale and will continue as a gallery until a buyer is found.
This is an appeal to any entrepreneurial people with ideas for an art based venture.

The house is set up as an art gallery. It is north facing with plenty of light and ideal for art and an art studio. There are currently over 40 artists represented and there is a great need for exhibition space in the region.

It also has wonderful acoustics due to the octagonal rooms. Art exhibitions have been accompanied by music. So it would make a good music venue also.

The surrounding area has beautiful walks, beaches and cliffs with a wide range of wildlife. Occasionally you see pods of dolphins swimming past from the house. The place changes with the seasons and is never boring to look at.

Seaton Sluice is a large village with a well organised community set up and plenty of places to eat.

The Tower House has a long history associated with the local industries and the nearby Delaval Hall. The area is surrounded by National Trust land and is protected from over development.

The house is featured on Villages by the sea, incidentally the Seaton Sluice episode is on BBC2 tonight at 7pm and can be seen on Netflix.
