They’ve arrived… 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿
The paintings for our Scottish Exhibition have just arrived at Iona House Gallery, and we couldn’t be more excited to start unpacking.

There’s something rather special about seeing an exhibition come together. Layers of wrapping coming off, frames appearing, and glimpses of the paintings that have been waiting to make their way to us.

We’re busy behind the scenes getting everything ready for opening this Saturday. A celebration of Scottish art by some wonderful artists.

Come and see what’s been hiding underneath all that bubble wrap!

The Small Painting Group

We are delighted to present an exhibition of affordable small-scale paintings by the Small Painting Group, featuring works by a distinguished group of artists, all measuring no more than 30x30cm.

The discipline of working on a small scale encourages conciseness and directness, while the paintings’ modest dimensions make them easy to collect, display and enjoy in the home.

The exhibition ends this Sunday, don’t miss it!

Watch as Ann Edwards demonstrates the linocut printmaking process for ‘Animal Alphabet A-Z’, a beautifully hand crafted linocut print, where each letter is brought to life through expressive, hand-carved creatures including the dodo, endangered species and even a magical unicorn.

Printed in a limited edition of just 75, this work celebrates traditional printmaking with a warm, contemporary feel.

Full of charm and texture, it’s perfect for nurseries and children’s rooms.

As ducking season begins at Blenheim Palace, here’s a throwback to our favourite visitor, who waddled over from the Palace to last year’s show.

Make a day of it this spring. Visit Blenheim Palace, then take a 5-minute stroll into Woodstock to find us.

Our Spring Exhibition runs until 17 May
