Black Girl VI, 2026
by Wole Lagunju Studio Inc
Oil on Canvas
190 x 146 cm / 75 x 57 in

A striking celebration of Black femininity, identity, and cultural expression. In Black Girl VI, Wole Lagunju presents a poised, dark-skinned figure adorned in a vibrant, patterned dress and an extraordinary floral headdress. The bold geometry of the garment contrasts beautifully with the flowing blue-and-white botanical motifs that surround her, creating a captivating interplay between pattern, fashion, and nature.

Blending Yoruba visual traditions with contemporary portraiture, Lagunju challenges conventional representations of beauty and identity, placing the Black woman at the centre of a richly imagined visual world. Monumental in scale and exquisite in detail, the painting commands attention through its quiet strength and exuberant colour.

The Green Algorithm, 2026
by Taher Jaoui
Oil, Acrylic and Charcoal on Canvas
66 9/10 × 59 1/10 in | 170 × 150 cm

The Green Algorithm explores the space between intuition, systems and pattern. Dominated by vivid greens, turquoise and flashes of yellow, orange and blue, the composition unfolds through geometric structures, circular forms, coded marks and spontaneous gestures.

The title introduces a distinctly contemporary dimension: algorithms are constantly identifying patterns, organizing information and shaping the systems through which we navigate the world. Jaoui transforms this idea into a physical, painterly language, where repetition, interruption and instinct generate their own visual logic.

Green adds another layer of meaning. Associated with growth, nature, technology and the language of financial markets, it becomes both an organic and highly coded colour within the composition. The painting therefore moves between the natural and the synthetic, the intuitive and the calculated.

As part of Jaoui’s Colour series, the work reflects his ongoing dialogue between mathematical structure and gestural abstraction, turning colour into a kind of visual system—one that continuously evolves, overlaps and resists complete resolution.

by ᴍᴀʀᴄᴏ ʀᴇɪᴄʜᴇʀᴛ
Ink on Canvas
70 9/10 × 53 1/10 in | 180 × 135 cm

A new hybrid painting by Marco Reichert, where abstraction becomes a space between digital velocity and physical matter. Layers of violet, ultramarine, turquoise and silver-grey sweep horizontally across the canvas, creating the sensation of a signal moving through space — fragmented, compressed and continuously interrupted.

Dark, fluid forms punctuate the surface like glitches or data clusters, contrasting with the finely repeated linear marks beneath them. The painting shifts between transparency and density, precision and accident, suggesting an image caught somewhere between a digital rendering and its material translation.

Reichert’s hybrid practice brings together painting, technology, machine processes and digital ways of seeing. Here, the traces of movement remain visible: the raw and the controlled, the programmed and the unpredictable. The canvas becomes less a fixed image than an active system — one that changes as the eye moves through its layers.

Oil on Canvas

Marco Reichert’s Untitled explores the intersection of abstraction, digital perception, and material process. Through layered surfaces, gestural interruptions, and the interplay of control and accident, the painting evokes an image caught between formation and dissolution — somewhere between a physical trace and a digital signal.

Part of Reichert’s ongoing Hybrid Paintings practice, the work brings together traditional painterly gestures and technological ways of seeing. Glitches, textures, and unexpected shifts become integral to the composition, revealing the tension between machine logic and the unpredictability of paint.

Rather than illustrating the digital, Reichert translates its visual language into something tactile and immediate, inviting us to reconsider where the virtual ends and the material begins.

Homage to Eshumare II
by Wole Lagunju Studio Inc
Oil on Canvas
75 x 57.5 in /190 x 147 cm

Wole Lagunju’s Homage to Eshumare II is a vibrant meditation on identity, transformation, and cultural reclamation. Drawing on Yoruba visual traditions and Gelede masquerade, Lagunju brings together fashion, portraiture, pattern, and symbolism to challenge conventional ideas of race, gender, and power. The figure’s direct gaze, elaborate floral headdress, and kaleidoscopic textiles create a powerful sense of beauty, ambiguity, and transformation.

Lagunju’s work was recently featured at The Armory Show in New York.
