A Cork chef has been crowned “Best in Ireland” after beating the country’s top culinary stars 👏👏👏

With two Michelin stars under his belt, West Cork-based Turkish chef Ahmet Dede took home the prestigious Best Chef in Ireland title last night.

The acclaimed chef behind Dede at The Customs House in Baltimore came out tops, tipping leading names including Dave Mullan of Fish & Bean, Stevie Toman of Ox Restaurant, Mickael Viljanen of Chapter One and John Coffey of Thyme Restaurant, to the post.

Hard to believe but our first born is going to the u19 Europeans Rowing Championships. (She was only born last week) It just shows you what years of training everyday and twice at the weekend will get you. Haha. Well done Holly. Very proud. And best of luck to all the irish teams. :)

High performance represents the pinnacle of elite rowing in Ireland and represent us at the highest level. We have enjoyed success at Olympic, World and European Championship levels.
