Did you know I make Lemonades for big events such as Garden shows and Food Festivals. 🍋🍋🍋
I've been making my delicious Honey Lemonades for many years featuring flavours like Pink Rasberry, Lavender, Elderflower, Lime and the simple but favourite, Classic Lemon.

"Sambucas" Black Elder has finally grown and eventually flowered for me.
It has been my arch nemesis for a few years now with many plants failing for some reason.
This one didn't thrive initially but has made it through so far this year.
I have another in the wings waiting to be planted in the right location.
How beautiful it is though!!!
I might be able to make my Pink Champagne in 10 years at this rate

Castlegregory market puts love into local produce

We are back and I can't wait !!!!

Crafters and Artisan food producers who sell their wares at a country market are calling on their local community for support.

Castlegregory Country Market is relocating to a new location in the Community Hall on West Main Street.

The group has grown into a close community of growers, craft makers and producers and is looking forward to the return of the market this Sunday, May 31.
