The house was purchased by Emmanuelle. Emmanuelle’s - Maison d' Art is her ambitious dream: continue to do art, offer a warm and inspiring place for artists, support and try to promote new artists in Jerusalem and for Jerusalem.

סיפור של בית אבן שהוקם ב 1926 בחצר אחורית, ברחוב עמק רפאים מספר 14 בירושלים
היום
בית זה משמש כמפלט וחזון אומנותי לאומנים יש בה גלריה לתערוכות ואירועי תרבות וגם סטודיואים
שילוב של ציור, צילום, ווידאו ארט ועוד.
פעם
הבית שימש כבית מלאכה וחנות של ממשפחת המייסדים של השכונה. יצרו כאן צעצועי עץ ובגדים לילדים… מלאכת יד.
בהמשך הבית עבר לבעלות של משפחה יווניות, סופי הצעירה שבהן התעסקה בתפירה וסריגה… שוב מלאכת יד
לפני כשנייתים
הבית נרכש על ידי עמנואל.
לעמנואל היה חלום שאפתני: להמשיך ליצור אומנות, להציע פינה חמה ומעוררת השראה לאמנים,
לתת כתף ולנסות למנף אמנים בירושלים ולכבוד ירושלים.

Aujourd'hui
La maison accueille des artistes. Où se côtoient peinture, photographie, et vidéo-art… Dans cette demeure intemporelle et pastorale, pleine de lumière et d'histoire, on filme, on creer, on expose. Bien avant
Ce fut un atelier tenu par la famille fondatrice du quartier. Ils créaient et vendaient des jouets en bois et des vêtements pour enfants… De l'artisanat. Puis cette maison est devenue l' appartement d' une famille Grecque. Sophie la plus jeune faisait de la couture et du tricot… Encore de l'artisanat. Il y a deux ans, cette maison est devenue la mienne. Emmanuelle’s - maison d’Art est la concrétisation d’un rêve ambitieux : continuer à créer, proposer un coin chaleureux et inspirant, aider et promouvoir de nouveaux artistes à Jérusalem et pour Jérusalem.
