פסח כשר ושמח.
השנה חוגגים את כל החגים יחדיו.
*פורים- כי איזה פרסי אחד רצה להשמידנו והרגנו אותו.
*סוכות- כי אנחנו יושבים במבנים ארעיים, אבל להבדיל מהחג המקורי- מבנים אלו חזקים ומוגנים ומגוננים עלינו.
*חנוכה- כי תודה לאל ״השמן״ לא נגמר וכל פעם שחושבים שזהו- יותר מזה לא יהיה, מגיע נס חדש.
*כיפור- כי זו תקופה של חשבון נפש והתנקות.
*שבועות- שאנחנו קוצרים את פירות עמלנו בכל השנים שקדמו.
*ראש השנה- כי אנחנו חוזרים לניסים של תקופת התנ״ך, לכן וחוגגים את ראש השנה האמיתי שלנו.
והחג שלנו, יהיה שמח מאוד!!!!!

A Kosher and Happy Passover.

This year, it feels as though we are celebrating all the holidays together.

Purim – because once again some Persian wanted to destroy us, and we overcame him.

Sukkot – because we are living in temporary dwellings; though unlike the original holiday, these structures are strong, protected, and protecting us.

Hanukkah – because, thank God, the “oil” has not run out. Every time it seems that this must be the end, another miracle appears.

Yom Kippur – because this is a time for reflection, soul-searching, and purification.

Shavuot – because we are harvesting the fruits of the labor of all the years that came before.

Rosh Hashanah – because we are witnessing miracles reminiscent of Biblical times; and so we celebrate our true new beginning.

And our holiday will be joyful!!!

Note: In Hebrew, the phrase “Pesach Kasher” (Passover, Kosher) is also an acronym formed from the initials of these holidays: Purim, Sukkot, Hanukkah, Kippur, Shavuot, Rosh Hashanah.
