All art is but dirtying the paper delicately. What can a pencil do for all of us? Amazing things. It can write transcendent poetry, uplifting music, or life-changing equations; it can sketch the future, give life to untold beauty, and communicate the full-force of our love and aspirations. Drawing is the basis of art. Drawing is not what one sees but what one can make others see. It is like a magic that an artist can make.

Only took a month or two to finish this stippling iris flower😅—because apparently, I enjoy spending hours placing dots like a pixel printer on vacation😜😜. Who needs instant results when you can question your life choices every 10,000 dots?
But hey, at least the flower didn’t wilt while I worked on it!😆
