We began our session with soft, calming music and gentle breathing, helping the children
(ages 4 to 9) settle into a comfortable space.
Choose a colour and let it flow freely into simple patterns — twirls, spirals, waves, hearts, and rectangles — overlapping and filling the page at their own pace🌸

The only twist?
They had to use their "non-dominant hand"
There was a moment of hesitation, a little doubt… and then something beautiful happened.
Once they realised they could, they didn’t want to stop☺️
