Seeking Justice for My Sister
It has almost been a month. My sister is no longer in this world, and to this day, we still don't know exactly what happened to her that night. All existing evidence has been tampered with by Rahul Baisla urf Rahul bansal.
No investigation yet. We have been asked to delete some posts by authorities. For an entire month, we have been running from one government office to another—Police stations, Human Rights commissions, and Women’s Rights organizations—just begging for a proper investigation.
In Delhi, several police officers—along with some in UP who are speaking impartially—have told us that this is clearly a case of murder. Yet, even they are unable to help us.
We are at a loss. Should we file charges of corruption and negligence or must we watch Rahul Baisla roam free like a predator? He will continue to destroy the lives of more women. He has already ruined two; and our sister is gone forever.
We will never be able to see her, hear her, or meet her again. This pain will remain with us for the rest of our lives. What hurts the most is that there is no help coming from anywhere. No one is investigating; no one is cooperating. It seems everyone only cares about money—if you have money, you win.
We have no faith in the system that granted him bail. Everything that has been done so far has been biased.
The loss and the immense pain we are enduring. Losing a sister is a heartbreak that words can barely touch, and the added burden of feeling silenced by the system only makes that grief heavier. We feel exhausted, angry, and betrayed by the very people meant to protect us.
If the truth has power, it will find a way. History has shown that in many cases, even years later, a small clue or a reawakening of conscience can turn the entire case around.
Karma will hit him hard, and if anyone has faith in it, then truth will definitely come out. Rahul Baisla will suffer miserably. He will be cursed for his actions. If our pain reaches him, he will live in agony and die in agony. Neither his wife nor his entire family will ever find peace. He will have to account for every single thing.
We are only in search of the truth.
