A 35-member delegation from Nepal undergoing their diplomatic training programme at the Sushma Swaraj Institute of Foreign Studies of Ministry of External Affairs, Government of India, visited Gandhi Smriti on May 7, 2028, towards the "Understanding Gandhi" initiative of GSDS. They were given a guided tour of the museum on this occasion.

As part of Vande Mataram 150, Gandhi Smriti and Darshan Samiti organized an engaging Reel Making Program on May 6, 2026. Around 170 students from 10 Delhi Government Schools enthusiastically participated.

The session began with an insightful workshop by Mr. Pankaj Kumar, Technical Associate, who guided students on creating impactful reels, including content writing, voice-over techniques, and editing skills.

After the workshop, students were divided into groups and showcased their creativity by making reels on Vande Mataram, the national song of India. The program encouraged creativity, teamwork, and a deeper connection with the spirit of patriotism.
