Its my transformation journey of weight loss from 96 kgs to 62 kgs.....from childhood i was chubby....as i was growing up...my weight also gradually increased due irregular eating nd sleeping patterns...and love for junk food..which lead to overweight Never I thought about my over weight...in 1st lockdown..I have double my weight..because of my over eating......and by over taking of enery drinks...later one day I have discovered dat I had diabetes.....so from dat day I wanted to take care of my health...so I thought to join a gym...which can help me loose weight... In first 3 months..after going to gym...I lost around 8kgs because of my complete dedication for proper diet and workout with cardio...my gym trainers also helped me alot.....but later I was unable to reduce my weight...nd I was constant for long time... Then my cousin has insisted to take subscription in fitter app...which is a fitness app..der I had a coach who is very good nd guided me in a proper way which helped me alot...in dis transformation journey I am very thankful to everyone who has helped me in dis journey...but specially s shivaji for my first transformation and ghosh for my second transformation. As I followed him in Instagram and I loved his own transformation so I took him as my coach...nd loved the way..he helped me out....der r many coaches nd gym sirs who helped me out..but my special thanks to mohanthy sir and and shine gym..thank u everyone......dis is my transformation journey...
