Madhu Kumar, a specially-abled child beautifully paints with his mouth. He demonstrated his art skills on stage and was felicitated by the Honb’le Chief Guests. Also see in the pics - Artist Harrsha, a Karmaveer Chakra awardee by United Nations of India. Harrsha has adopted few specially abled children who are gifted in unique ways. He mentors them and provides guidance in the domain of Arts.

The person in the center of the photo receiving the Memento is Meenakshi who has been part of multiple programs at micro and macro level and has put all her experience into creating Sattva learning center. She is also the Key person in the setting up and development of VGCET(vikasini Girl Child Educational Trust) Across two decades, she observed some children unable to align with mainstream education and getting demotivated, and the stress was passing on to parents and therefore to the society. Meenakshi felt the strong urge to work with such children, which ended a long lucrative stint at a PSU. Thereafter, began her journey of educating self to educate the children. The quest for learning and the pursuit for knowledge is still on ! Sattva Learning Centre gives academic support to non- mainstream students. It embraces disability as differently abled and empowers children who have special needs with customised support.
Sattva Learning Centre also extends its services to NIOS students who look for help and guidance with grade 10 and 12 curriculum. Pls connect with Ms Meenakshi +919490189866
