King Jasrat Khokhar Jáṭ ❤️🙏🏻
Jasrat Khokhar defeated Afghans and Delhi sultanate and others several times. He also revolted against (Taimoor) in 1398 A.D. when Taimoor invaded the Indian subcontinent. (Introduction, including Map in first 2 Slides).
S. Westphal-Hellbusch in 1968 published a book on Jáṭs in German language titled "Zur Geschichte und Kultur der Jat" page 121 mentioned that Khokhars declared themselves as Rajputs only in (or after) 1881. Before that they were Jats originally. (Slide 3).
The same page also called Jasrat Khokhar as the leader of the Jáṭs. (Slide 3).
The journal of the Royal Asiatic Society of the Great Britain and Ireland (1899) mentioned "Khokhar, Langāh, Tātar, Virk are doubtfully Rajput (tribes)." (Slide 4).
The Khokhar Tribe of Jáṭs (to which Jasrat belonged), once killed and beheaded Mu'izzuddin Ghori (Mohmmad bin Sām) at Dhamyak (Sindh) (present Dhamiak Kot, Pakistan) on 15 March 1206 A.D. (Slide 5).
