My name is Tanusree Kundu, and I’m the owner and creator of Upside Down House Kolkata.
I built this space with a lot of effort, passion, and courage—without any prior business experience—just a dream to create a unique art attraction in the heart of Kolkata, inspired by Upside Down Houses around the world.
Unfortunately, I’m facing a very upsetting situation.
A visitor seen in this video allegedly took an expensive shoe belonging to another customer from our premises. As a business owner, I took full responsibility and reimbursed the affected customer, the full cost of the shoe.
This incident has caused financial loss and emotional stress, especially for a small, woman-led startup like mine that is still trying to survive and grow honestly.
I am requesting the public’s help.
