Material Immaterial

Material Immaterial Exploring the bare beauty of materials. Our studio is built on the basic principle of exploring the bare beauty of materials.

We are essentially minimalist, our designs do not offer any utopian prescriptions, rather the approach has always been of what to leave out, rather than what to put in. This reduction process is what takes us through a mirror, emerging out on the other side to discover richness, like in the subtle differences between five shades of white and the sense of release that comes from allowing space to be unencumbered by visual distractions

Inspired by the story of the Tower of Babel, Fable reinterprets the idea of separation through connection and movement.

Two distinct paths travel through concrete and brass - diverging, disappearing, and finding their way back toward one another.

A kinetic exploration of journeys, rhythm, and the quiet beauty of convergence.

At Material Immaterial we believe in taking our time with our craft, with the end result reflecting the same thought process.
