This piece was created for Dom, to honor a journey that is as brave as it is beautiful. A figure emerging from a shell, reaching the moon.....becoming, evolving, stepping fully into the woman she has always been. The shell represents where she began, a place of protection and transformation. And within it, a pearl....formed through time, pressure, and resilience.....symbolizing her strength, her worth, and the beauty that was always there, waiting to be revealed.

This wasn’t just a tattoo session. It was emotional, powerful, and deeply meaningful for both of us. Moments like these remind me why I do what I do.....being trusted to tell someone’s story in ink is something I never take lightly.

I was among the rare women who chose to enter and remain in this predominantly male industry, determined to carve my own path.
