Where Does the Mind Stop and the World Begin
Dates: 18 MAR - 24 MAR 2026
Timing: 11:00 AM - 08:00 PM
Venue: Shridharani Gallery
Featuring a dynamic body of abstract works, the exhibition explores the fluid boundary between inner consciousness and the external world. Working across acrylic, oil, watercolour, pen, pastel, collage, and mixed media, Shruti Gupta Chandra creates luminous compositions where floating forms, gestural marks, and rhythmic patterns evoke movement, intuition, and emotional energy.
Curated with advisory support from Ashwini Pai Bahadur and accompanied by an essay by art historian Lina Vincent, the exhibition reflects the artist’s journey from figurative realism to a deeply intuitive abstraction. In these works, colour, line, and form unfold like visual choreography, inviting viewers into a contemplative space where perception, movement, and imagination merge.
