"Mata Lalitha Tripurasundari, the supreme manifestation of feminine energy, also known as the epitome of beauty, grace, power, and compassion" 🌱✨️
Lalita Panchami is a very auspicious tithi, celebrated on the fifth day of the Sharad Navaratri festival. Legend has it that on this auspicious day Goddess Lalita emerged from fire to defeat Bhandasura, a demon created from the ashes of Kamadeva. Bhandasura is an embodiment of ignorance and resultant evil acts. She is ready to wage a war against ignorance and its associated acts. Shakthi sena means her different acts, not just creation, sustenance and dissolution. Her different acts are symbolically represented by various goddesses represented in Sri Chakra.
It is a widespread belief that by worshipping the goddess and keeping a fast on Lalita Panchami brings happiness, knowledge and wealth.
