Founded in 1985 with the ambition of presenting emerging trends in regional, national and international contemporary art to the local audience, ar/ge kunst Galerie Museum is the Kunstverein of Bolzano. The main field of interest of the institution lies in producing and presenting to the public new projects by those artists whose work demonstrates a specific cultural awareness in terms of research

and innovation. The working method of ar/ge kunst Galerie Museum is based on sustaining a critical reflection on current developments in the contemporary art scene, by emphazising the relevance of the role of artists within the construction of a present and future social dimension. The continuous emphasis on promotion and activities undertaken by the Kunstverein is intended to increase the interest of both members and visitors for areas of experimentation within contemporary art, as well as to stimulate openness and confidence towards the complexity of art in all its various manifestations.

Beatrice Citterio. CANTIERI APERTI. Zone di Immaginazione Temporanea.
Workshop: 9 giugno, ore 18:30 (durata 1 ora).

A partire dalla presentazione del progetto di Beatrice Citterio “Giochi Preziosi”, il workshop si sviluppa come un’attività di immaginazione prima individuale e poi collettiva. Attraverso l’osservazione di materiali fotografici, chi partecipa potrà scegliere una delle opere della “legacy” olimpica sul territorio per immaginarne usi alternativi, speculativi e temporanei. L’obiettivo non è formulare proposte realistiche, ma aprire uno spazio alla molteplicità delle idee e delle possibilità.

Ricercatrice in design per i beni culturali e paesaggistici presso la Libera Università di Bolzano, Beatrice Citterio lavora tra progetto, grafica e fotografia, indagando le trasformazioni territoriali e sociali. “Giochi Preziosi” è un suo progetto editoriale sull’impatto delle Olimpiadi Invernali Milano-Cortina 2026 sui territori e sul loro rapporto con le dinamiche di sviluppo attuali.

L’evento fa parte del public program della mostra ‘Solastalgia’, di Sofia Melluso e Gianluca Concialdi, in corso ad Ar/Ge Kunst, che riflette sulle trasformazioni dei luoghi sotto la pressione del turismo globale.

Beatrice Citterio. OFFENE BAUSTELLEN. Zonen temporärer Imagination
Workshop! 9. Juni, 18:30 Uhr (Dauer 1 Stunde).

Ausgehend von der Präsentation des Projektes „Giochi Preziosi“ von Beatrice Citterio untersucht der Workshop individuelle und kollektive Perspektiven auf das kulturelle Erbe der Olympischen Winterspiele Mailand–Cortina 2026. Im Mittelpunkt stehen dabei olympische Austragungsorte, die als Räume für imaginäre, alternative, spekulative und temporäre Nutzungen neu gedacht werden können. Ziel ist es nicht, realistische Vorschläge zu entwickeln, sondern einen Raum für eine Vielfalt an Ideen und Möglichkeiten zu eröffnen.

Als Forscherin für Design im Bereich Kulturgüter und Landschaft an der Freien Universität Bozen, arbeitet Beatrice Citterio an der Schnittstelle von Grafik und Fotografie und untersucht territoriale sowie soziale Transformationen. „Giochi Preziosi“ ist ein editorisches Projekt zu den Auswirkungen der Olympischen Winterspiele Mailand–Cortina 2026 auf die betroffenen Gebiete und deren Verhältnis zu aktuellen Entwicklungsdynamiken.

Die Veranstaltung ist Teil des Rahmenprogramms zur Ausstellung „Solastalgie“ von Sofia Melluso und Gianluca Concialdi, die derzeit bei Ar/Ge Kunst zu sehen ist und sich mit den Veränderungen von Orten unter dem Druck des globalen Tourismus auseinandersetzt.

Starting from the presentation of Beatrice Citterio’s project “Giochi Preziosi,” the workshop aims to explore individual and collective approaches to intangible heritage, with a particular focus on the Olympic venues that, during the Milan–Cortina 2026 Olympic and Paralympic Winter Games, become “legacy” sites for imaginary, alternative, speculative, and temporary uses. The goal is not to formulate realistic proposals, but to open up a space for a multiplicity of ideas and possibilities.

Beatrice Citterio is a researcher in design for cultural and landscape heritage at the Free University of Bozen-Bolzano. Her work focuses on projects, graphics, and photography, investigating transformations of territories and social spaces.

“Giochi Preziosi” is a photographic and film project on the legacy of the Milan–Cortina 2026 Winter Olympics and its relationship to current development dynamics.

The event is part of the public program of the exhibition “Solastalgia” by Sofia Melluso and Gianluca Concialdi, currently on view at Ar/Ge Kunst, reflecting on the transformation of places under the pressure of global tourism.

Il tour internazionale di “Lucia Marcucci. Tutto qui?” è alla sua sesta tappa e sarà a Lione il 5 e 6 giugno 2026, con un programma di due giornate in cui poesia, linguaggio visivo e performance si incontrano attraverso due momenti di approfondimento e performativi.

Il 5 giugno, alla Biblioteca dell’Istituto Italiano di Cultura di Lione, Frida Carazzato () e Francesca V***a() presenteranno la prima pubblicazione monografica dedicata all’artista italiana Lucia Marcucci, in dialogo con Alessandra Prandin, Direttrice del CAP Centre d’art contemporain de Saint-Fons.

Il 6 giugno, il percorso proseguirà al CAP con BLEAH!!!, una performance dal vivo delle artiste Annamaria Ajmone e Laura Agnusdei.

Die internationale Buchvorstellung von “Lucia Marcucci. Tutto qui?“ macht am 5. und 6. Juni 2026 in Lyon Halt. Ein zweitägiges Programm verbindet Poesie, Bildsprache und Performance durch vertiefende Momente und Live-Aktionen.

Am 5. Juni präsentieren Frida Carazzato (Museion) und Francesca V***a (Ar/Ge Kunst) in der Bibliothek des Italienischen Kulturinstituts in Lyon die erste monografische Publikation, die der italienischen Künstlerin Lucia Marcucci gewidmet ist; moderiert wird die Veranstaltung von Alessandra Prandin, Direktorin des CAP Centre d’art contemporain de Saint-Fons.

Am 6. Juni wird das Programm im CAP mit BLEAH!!! fortgesetzt, einer Live-Performance der Künstlerinnen Annamaria Ajmone und Laura Agnusdei.

Lucia Tozzi è giornalista, saggista e critica indipendente. Tra i suoi libri: “Dopo il turismo” (2020) e “L’invenzione di Milano” (2023).
Valentino Liberto è giornalista e redattore di SALTO. Si occupa di trasformazioni territoriali, turismo e dinamiche politico-culturali nel contesto altoatesino.

Il 21 maggio, Ar/Ge Kunst inaugura ‘Solastalgia’, mostra di Sofia Melluso e Gianluca Concialdi, che prende forma intorno alle trasformazioni dei luoghi sotto la pressione del turismo globale. A partire da Palermo e in risonanza con il contesto di Bolzano, il progetto si articola in una friggitoria intesa come dispositivo ambiguo, sospeso tra costruzione artificiale e immaginario vernacolare, dove sculture, testi e installazioni attivano una riflessione sulle economie della valorizzazione e sulle loro ricadute materiali e simboliche. Tra seduzione e sfruttamento, folklore e branding, la mostra si muove nello spazio della “solastalgia”: quel sentimento di perdita che si produce mentre si resta, quando i luoghi continuano a esistere ma smettono lentamente di coincidere con sé stessi.

Gespräch mit Lucia Tozzi, moderiert von Valentino Liberto, über die Transformationen von Territorien im Zeitalter des globalen Tourismus.
Lucia Tozzi ist Journalistin, Essayistin und unabhängige Kritikerin. Zu ihren Büchern gehören “Dopo il turismo” (2020) und “L’invenzione di Milano” (2023).
Valentino Liberto ist Journalist und Redakteur bei SALTO. Er beschäftigt sich mit territorialen Transformationen, Tourismus und politisch-kulturellen Dynamiken im Südtiroler Kontext.

Am 21. Mai eröffnet in der Ar/Ge Kunst die Ausstellung Solastalgia von Sofia Melluso und Gianluca Concialdi. Sie befasst sich mit den Veränderungen von Orten unter dem Druck des globalen Tourismus. Ausgehend von Palermo und in Abstimmung auf dem Bozner Kontext, nimmt das Projekt die Gestalt einer friggitoria-bar an, einer Frittier-Bar, die als ein vielschichtiges Dispositiv verstanden wird. Sie bleibt in der Schwebe zwischen künstlicher Konstruktion und alltagsbezogenem Wissen, wobei Skulpturen, Texte und Installationen zum Nachdenken über Ökonomien der Aufwertung und ihre materiellen und symbolischen Auswirkungen anregen. Zwischen Verführung und Verwertung, Folklore und Branding bewegt sich die Ausstellung im Raum der „Solastalgie“: jenem Gefühl des Verlusts, das sich einstellt, wenn man an einem Ort bleibt und dieser zwar weiter besteht, ganz allmählich aber aufhört, mit sich übereinzustimmen.
