A hike on Etna for those who love trekking.
Follow our guide Giulia along one of the most characteristic paths of the volcano!
The north-east side of Etna still contains places little known to mass tourism. We will start from the Rifugio Citelli (1749 m above sea level) and then cross an enchanting wood characterized by the presence of a particular relict species now protected: the Etna birch! Along the path, you can visit one of the most peculiar Etna caves. We will continue until we reach one of the ridges of the Valle del Bove from which it will be possible to observe the summit area of the volcano and the entire Ionian coast.

We are pleased to announce the new management of accommodation in Catania, from January 2024.

A recently renovated Guest House, located in the heart of Catania’s Baroque old town, near famous places of interest, including the Roman Theatre, the Giovanni V***a House Museum, the Ursino Castle, Piazza Duomo, Piazza Università, the Amphitheatre of Piazza Stesicoro etc.

The four rooms are all equipped with desk, flat-screen TV, air conditioning and en suite bathroom with bidet, shower and hairdryer, while some have a balcony. Bed linen and towels are also provided.

In the common area there is a pleasant breakfast room with kitchen and refrigerator and a small terrace for relaxation.
