Unboxing Verge by — featured in the exhibition Soft Structures.
Mysliwiec’s practice navigates a subtle tension between illusion and materiality: by extruding oil paint line by line, she constructs surfaces that appear woven yet remain entirely painted.
What seems soft becomes structured, what feels decorative reveals deeper questions of labor, perception, and touch.
Her works unfold slowly, shifting with light and distance—inviting the viewer into a more intimate, embodied experience of abstraction.

La pratica di Mysliwiec si muove in una tensione sottile tra illusione e materialità: attraverso l’estrusione del colore a olio, linea dopo linea, costruisce superfici che sembrano tessute ma sono interamente dipinte.
Ciò che appare morbido diventa struttura, ciò che sembra decorativo apre a riflessioni su lavoro, percezione e tattilità.
