The Galo Art Gallery in Torino, Italy, is a unique exhibition space, focusing on contemporary art from post graffiti to pop art, encompassing a wide range of visual media. y our gallery is driven by a desire to showcase a selection of original work by each artist that best represents their style, covering a range of work suitable for the newly fledged to the established collector. Whether a group or solo show, the 200m2 one-of-a-kind design of the exhibition space lends itself as a perfect backdrop to the style of art typically on display. The entrance of the gallery boasts a 2-story level window front and full-length wall, allowing plenty of natural light and a huge space for a 'gallery height' mural or installation. Beyond the foyer is a labyrinth of wall space, and stairs leading to the second floor; a large room well suited to video installations, leading out to a mezzanine-style area overlooking the front of the gallery. The variety of the gallery layout provides a further canvas for the artists' vision; Galo's curation bonds the relationship between the artist, the space and the art lover.
