2 – The person in charge of the organism must definitely be a visual artist living no more than 500 meters far from the café (or whatever the public place chosen) for he must know both the owner of the café and the location.
3 – The person in charge of B.A.R.L.U.I.G.I. must regularly frequent it so as to safeguard the unusual objects collected inside of it
