Via the Vasto Arts Workshop, you will spend your days painting alongside experienced art instructors, all local working artists with whom to talk, discuss, exchange ideas. Creating art is our focus. Participants workshop 3 hours a day for five days. These may be in the studio, or plein air, but students are free to work in the oen studio day and night.
-Painting Classes are typically from Monday
to Friday, 9-12 am, or 4-7 pm, and may vary to allow for excursions or field trips.
-Pottery/Ceramics are from Monday to Friday, 4,30-7,30 pm.

Accomodations can be chosen from a Select List of Local Bed & Breakfasts. See Contacts Link at: www.costadelvasto.it. (Several cost extra as they are Deluxe.) Naturally, they differ in style, and location, and are available on a first-come, first-serve basis. Rooms are cleaned daily, have their private baths, and breakfast is included. Meals NOT included so you can decide how much time and money you want to spend on food. Your B & B will be offering a typical Italian breakfast. Do bring your own brushes and paints, but our instructors will also keep in mind you are traveling from afar, so whatever you will require for the workshops can also be bought locally. There are two small art supply shops in town where you can buy basic supplies: paints, brushes, canvas. For outdoor painting sessions, a field easel, a sun hat and walking shoes are recommended. Nearest Airport: PESCARA, which has flights from London-Stansted, Bruxelles-Charleroi, Paris, Dusseldorf, Frankfurt, Barcelo, Milano, Rome. Most participants will be flying to ROME, approx. 275 km from Vasto, a 3.5 hour drive.
