建築與都市設計不僅是日常關係的建立及調整，更關注人們在生活中的細微互動。「[無]信仰：漂蕩世界的臺灣智慧」透過街廓學的視角，揭示了城市邊界和街區作為社會、文化和經濟過渡帶的重要性，以及這些邊界如何在日常生活中影響身體的感知與行動。
​
展覽三大主題之一的 #控制：[無]感知—運動信仰，即是探討每日例行生活裡，各種細微的感知與運動之間的關係，在所延展的基地與關係場域中，重新檢視生態、文化與社交的衝突互動，期盼身體的感知、情感和動作能突破地理界限，展現出流動的韌性狀態。
​
〈都市奇觀〉便為呼應該主題的參展作品之一，創作團隊將西門町的範圍作為虛構的都市版面，將其作為可建構紋理和物件的遊戲場。在探索過程中，創作團隊發現當在不同的時段裡，各種活動會以不同的密度出現在此，而西門町更是由各種文化與族群拼貼而成，這些來自外界的元素進入，停留又離開，而某些族群也以特有的方式聚集，排列再解散，種種現象創造出類似特定的信仰分布。這些發現讓創作團隊對於既有的西門町邊界提出質疑，並試圖架構都市的複雜性和可能的延伸機會，以此操作模式作為對都市的介入方式與想像的起步。

Architecture and urban design are not only about establishing and adjusting everyday relationships but also focus on the subtle interactions people have in their daily lives. "NON-Belief: Taiwan Intelligences of Precarity" reveals, through the perspective of urban block studies, the importance of city boundaries and neighborhoods as transitional zones for social, cultural, and economic exchange, and how these boundaries influence bodily perception and actions in everyday life.
​
One of the exhibition’s three main themes, : NON-Belief in sensory-motor, explores the relationship between various subtle perceptions and movements in daily routines. Within the extended site and relational fields, it reexamines the conflicting interactions among ecology, culture, and social dynamics. The goal is for the body’s perception, emotions, and actions to transcend geographical boundaries and demonstrate a state of fluid resilience.
​
"Urban Spectacle" is one of the exhibited works responding to this theme. The creative team took the area of Ximending as a fictional urban layout, treating it as a playground for constructing textures and objects. During their exploration, the team discovered that various activities appear here at different densities depending on the time of day. Moreover, Ximending is a mosaic of diverse cultures and ethnic groups—external elements come in, stay, and leave, while certain groups gather, arrange themselves, and disperse in unique ways. These phenomena create patterns resembling specific distributions of beliefs. These findings led the creative team to question the existing boundaries of Ximending and attempt to structure the complexity of the city along with its potential for extension. This operational approach serves as a starting point for intervention and imagination within the urban environment.

縱貫「[無]信仰：漂蕩世界的臺灣智慧」展覽的三大主題之一： #科技——[無]晶片信仰，探索臺灣對於「科技」與「生態」兩個極端信仰，及其背後由綠能光電板所覆蓋的隱藏代價。

臺灣的半導體晶圓產業，為全球的人工智能與科技發展提供強而有力的支持，然而高股價獲利信仰的背後，這座島嶼集體付出了不可逆的環境生態代價；在科技進步、環境可持續性和地緣政治安全之間，臺灣該如何在複雜的全球局勢中前行？
​
〈氣候正義〉即是呼應該主題的參展作品之一，參展團隊從熱舒適的角度重新思考建築與環境，期盼緩解人類活動所引發的氣溫升高問題。為了應對挑戰，國立成功大學的建築與氣候研究室建立系統，提供即時溫濕度數據並精準分析都市熱環境，結合氣候變遷資料，評估未來的熱危害風險。作品顯示了在追求高科技晶片發展中，所造成的氣候環境議題，同時科技提供應對氣候變遷的潛力，提升對環境的感知和調適能力，點出了對於都市持續發展所帶來的科技智慧。

One of the three main themes running through the exhibition "NON-Belief: Taiwan Intelligents of Precarity" is — NON-Belief in Chips. It explores Taiwan’s extreme faith in both "technology" and "ecology," and the hidden costs behind the widespread coverage of green energy photovoltaic panels.
​
Taiwan's semiconductor wafer industry provides strong support for global artificial intelligence and technological development. However, behind the high stock prices and profit-driven faith, this island has collectively paid an irreversible environmental and ecological price. Amid technological advancement, environmental sustainability, and geopolitical security, how should Taiwan navigate forward in this complex global landscape?
​
"Climate Justice" is one of the exhibited works responding to this theme. The exhibition team reconsiders architecture and the environment from the perspective of thermal comfort, aiming to alleviate the problem of rising temperatures caused by human activities. To address this challenge, the Building and Climate Lab (BCLab) at National Cheng Kung University has developed a system that provides real-time temperature and humidity data and accurately analyzes the urban thermal environment. By integrating climate change data, it assesses future heat hazard risks. The work highlights the climate and environmental issues caused by the pursuit of advanced high-tech chip development, while also demonstrating the potential of technology to respond to climate change by enhancing environmental awareness and adaptive capacity. It underscores the role of technological intelligence in the sustainable development of cities.

臺灣獨特的建築智慧，是如何探討這片土地的空間治理與地景的發展進行式呢？在「[無]信仰：漂蕩世界的臺灣智慧」展覽中，以「信仰」與「無信仰」二元辯證的灰色地帶與三大主題的關係，探索 #智慧 的不同表現形式及影響力。
​
首要介紹的主題之一為： #效率（Efficiency）——[無]高速度信仰（NON-Belief in high-speed），探討全球追求效率和快速發展的潮流，如臺灣高鐵系統所建構的大都會，及城鄉差距中對於都市生態的反省。
​
〈邊界彈性〉便是呼應該主題的參展作品之一，創作團隊構想了一個將國立成功大學與臺南中西區連結的未來願景：透過鐵路地下化與新臺南車站的建設實現，描繪出一個將學術、文化與社區交織為一體的彈性都市場域，將過去百年來由鐵路形成的屏障，轉變為一條能伸能縮的邊界，當人們能自由穿梭於學術廣場、歷史市集與社區綠地之間，便能消弭「校園」與「城市」之間的硬性界線，使得校園生活與街區的文化脈動互動相連。如此適應性強且凝聚力十足的都市未來願景，於臺南迎接臺南400之際，致力於展現城市的歷史生命，期盼延續並蓬勃地發展。

How does Taiwan's unique architectural wisdom explore the spatial governance and landscape development of this land in an ongoing process? In the exhibition "NON-Belief: Taiwan Intelligens of Precarity," the relationship between the binary dialectic of "Belief" and "NON-Belief" in the gray area and three main themes is used to explore different forms and influences of .
​
One of the primary themes introduced is — NON-Belief in high-speed, which examines the global trend of pursuing efficiency and rapid development, such as the metropolitan areas constructed by Taiwan's high-speed rail system, and reflects on urban ecology amid the urban-rural divide.
​
"Border Elasticity" is one of the exhibition works responding to this theme. The creative team envisioned a future that connects National Cheng Kung University with the Central and Western District of Tainan: realized through the undergrounding of the railway and the construction of the new Tainan Station, it depicts a flexible urban space that weaves together academia, culture, and community. This transforms the barrier formed by the railway over the past century into a stretchable and contractible boundary. When people can freely move between the academic plaza, the historic market, and community green spaces, the rigid boundary between "campus" and "city" is dissolved, allowing campus life and the cultural pulse of the neighborhood to interact and connect. This highly adaptable and cohesive urban future vision, presented as Tainan celebrates its 400th anniversary, aims to showcase the city's historical vitality with hopes of continuing and thriving in development.

我們該如何解讀呢？建築案例探索了「科技」、「效率」，與「控制」等三大展覽主題，涵蓋了作為社會生態設計工具的方案、數位科技融合、回應和對抗我們當前面臨的多重政治與環境危機，同時以四大單元作為交織的視角：

#戰術性相互依存系統：在廣大的地景與產業共構的策略對應。
#基礎設施流變：探討基礎設施可依時代需求的轉變，重新再定義。
#體現韌性：在日常與身體感知中，透過經驗、空間與觀察展現的生活彈性。

At the "NON-Belief: Taiwan Intelligences of Precarity" exhibition site, the area around Tech Island showcases 17 research models. These models, developed through practical experience and academic collaboration, represent real and ongoing architectural projects.
​
How should we interpret them? The architectural cases explore the exhibition’s three main themes: "Technology," "Efficiency," and "Control." They encompass proposals as tools for socio-ecological design, the integration of digital technology, and responses to and resistance against the multiple political and environmental crises we currently face. At the same time, they are presented through four major interconnected units as perspectives:

: Strategic responses co-created within vast landscapes and industries. ​
: Exploring how infrastructure can be redefined and transformed to meet the demands of changing times. ​
: Everyday and bodily experiences that demonstrate life’s flexibility through experience, space, and observation. ​
: Creating new types of architectural experiments through modular and material testing. ​

These originate from the island environment we shape together, aiming to offer solutions to the world and become key to addressing global climate change and systemic injustices.
