東京在住のグラフィックデザイナーと英国人イラストレーターの２人が立ち上げたスペース WISH LESS。ジャンルを超えたアート作品、プロダクト、ファッション、音楽、イベントなどを自由に表現する場所です。Made in Japanにこだわったオリジナルブランドを幅広く展開し、イギリスを中心としたアンティークや古着、レコード、輸入雑貨などを数多く取扱っていきます。
見る、触る、試してみる。実感することの出来るアートがここにあります。
小さいお店から大きな刺激や感動を発信していきたいと思います。

WISH LESS is one of those packages. A space and studio in Tokyo where art, products, fashion and music live happily together. It’s a place where ideas are born and raised. Once upon a time many years ago, on the streets of London, NYC, Paris and Tokyo there were many places like this. Spaces to communicate and connect with like-minded individuals. WISH LESS galleryでは、アーティストのSAWA、しまおによるグループ展「PARADISE PARK 2」を開催いたします。
『楽園』をテーマに、人や動物が豊かに暮らし、あらゆる生命がのびやかに息づく、至福の世界を描きます。
それぞれ異なる視点と表現から生み出される作品には、自由に広がる筆致と、画面いっぱいに満ちる生命のエネルギーが感じられます。
そこに描かれるのは、現実のどこかに存在する場所というよりも、私たちの内側にある理想郷や、まだ見ぬ世界の風景なのかもしれません。

SAWAとしまおが描く、それぞれの「PARADISE PARK」。
色彩と線、動物や植物、そして人の気配が交差する、生命豊かな楽園へぜひ足をお運びください。

WISH LESS gallery is pleased to announce “PARADISE PARK 2,” a duo exhibition featuring artists SAWA and shimao.
With “Paradise” as its theme, the exhibition depicts a blissful world where people and animals live in abundance, and all forms of life flourish freely and vibrantly.
The works, born from each artist’s distinct perspective and approach, are filled with free-flowing brushstrokes and an energy that seems to permeate the entire picture plane. What they depict may be less a place that exists somewhere in reality than an ideal world within us, or perhaps a landscape of a world yet to be discovered.

Come and experience each artist’s own “PARADISE PARK,” where colour and line, animals and plants, and traces of human presence come together to create a vibrant world teeming with life.

1973年東京生まれの添田は、中学生の頃に出会ったスケートボードカルチャーを原点に、OAC、BREAKfAST、EVIL SCHOOLなど数々のハードコアバンドで活動する一方、アートユニット「黒緑less」での展示やZine制作、小説執筆など、ジャンルを横断した表現を続けてきました。

「自分が表現してきた自由な世界がハードコアパンクだった。絵も文章も全部。」

その言葉の通り、本展の作品には音楽と同じ衝動が息づいています。骸骨や動物、人影、街並み、文字の断片などが力強い筆致で描かれ、ユーモアや皮肉、日常の実感が混ざり合いながら、自由で荒々しい独自の世界を表出します。
音楽、絵画、文章という境界を越え、一貫した精神で生み出される添田の表現を、この機会にぜひご覧ください。

Soeda discovered skateboarding culture as a teenager, an experience that continues to shape his creative practice. Alongside performing with hardcore bands including OAC, BREAKfAST, and EVIL SCHOOL, he works across painting, zines, and writing as a member of the art collective KUROMIDORILESS.

His paintings share the same instinct and energy as his music — skeletons, animals, figures, cityscapes, and fragments of text collide through bold, unfiltered brushwork, blending humor and everyday experience into a raw visual language.

Come experience Soeda’s uncompromising world, where music, painting, and writing meet as one.
