exhibition by Michelangelo Consani, "My Favorite Spring," opening May 15th.
Many of you may remember his installation at the 2010 Aichi Triennale, which focused on Masanobu Fukuoka, the author of "The One-Straw Revolution" and a pioneer of natural farming. For this exhibition, Consani uses the timeless materials of Italian art—bronze and marble—to represent elements from a garden. These small sculptures hold vast worlds, making nature and our daily surroundings feel both precious and awe-inspiring.
More details next week. Have a good weekend!

Masaru Tatsuki's "80th year after we lost the war (photographed on August 15, 2025, Toono, Iwate)" will be on view at our booth N001 at Art Fair Tokyo which opens on Thursday.
Every 10 years, Masaru Tatsuki shoots the sun on August 15, in homage to Hiroshi Hamada who photographed "The sun on the day we lost the war" in 1945. Hamada's writing on 1970, states the danger of authorities or governments ignoring the constitution. Here the original text in Japanese. Be aware, Be brave.
